About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with a dynamic store team, the associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods; provides basic customer service; helps maintain the store’s appearance through replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping; assists with bagging purchases at the register; and follows Levi’s store policies, procedures, programs, and management directives. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. This is a part-time seasonal position at Levi’s Las Vegas South Premium Outlets in Las Vegas, Nevada. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $19.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
