About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create positive holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage customer loyalty through engagement, product knowledge, and smart selling behaviors. The role is more than cashiering and centers on creating memorable customer experiences. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions. During the day, they welcome and engage customers, maintain merchandise presentation, process damages, testers, and selected merchandise returns to vendors, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. They support teammates through collaboration and strive to improve, learn, and achieve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
