About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and provide customers with a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience. Associates learn Squishable’s products and use that knowledge and their communication skills to deliver a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers.

The role is seasonal, running from November 2026 through early January 2027, at the Westfarms Mall. Seasonal associates need flexible availability during the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
