About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with relevant products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty. The role emphasizes customer engagement and selling rather than cashier duties alone. You help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting. Daily work includes reviewing sales goals and information about new arrivals, best sellers, trends, and promotions; greeting customers and building relationships; recovering merchandise and updating signs and pricing; supporting merchandise moves; and sharing loyalty program benefits. Colleagues are expected to collaborate, improve their performance, and contribute to individual and store results. This is a part-time role at Spotsylvania Town Center. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Schedules include weekend shifts.
