About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suited to someone with a passion for sales or helping people.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges, keep your product knowledge current, help maintain and stock the sales floor, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include holidays, nights and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
