About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague at Macy’s, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. During the day, they build customer relationships through welcoming, personal conversations; maintain a shoppable space by merchandising merchandise, processing damages and vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves; and share loyalty program benefits while providing a thoughtful checkout and farewell. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
