About The Position

POP MART is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support its Bellevue Square retail store during the holiday shopping season. The role is a temporary position intended to meet increased seasonal business needs. Employment is expected to end at the close of the designated seasonal period, though the end date may vary based on business needs. Continued employment may be considered but is not guaranteed.

The associate serves as a brand ambassador, creating memorable customer experiences and helping shoppers discover POP MART characters and collectible products. Working with the retail team, the associate supports sales goals, daily store operations, merchandising, inventory tasks, and a clean, safe, and engaging shopping environment. The role is classified as temporary, seasonal, and non-exempt, with overtime eligibility under applicable law.

The position pays a fixed rate of $20.76 per hour. Physical duties include handling merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, bending and reaching, and using ladders or step stools. Work takes place across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers, build genuine connections, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Share product knowledge, character stories, and enthusiasm for POP MART collectible art toys.
• Provide personalized recommendations and help customers discover products.
• Support store sales goals by promoting key products, new releases, Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store that reflects POP MART brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Support inventory accuracy and follow merchandise-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Help manage customer traffic, lines, and product launches while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily operational needs, particularly during peak holiday periods.
• Perform stocking, unpacking shipments, pricing products, and inventory organization.
