About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visit its stores. Best Buy provides training to help associates confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suited to people passionate about sales or helping others.

Associates welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. They also handle purchases, returns, and exchanges; maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning; keep the sales floor clean and stocked; and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
