About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and create a fun, memorable shopping experience during the holiday season. Associates learn the company’s products and use that knowledge to provide a high level of customer service and build lasting relationships with customers. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027 and is at Tysons Corner Center.

Requirements

• Have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
