About The Position

Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand and create a fun, memorable customer experience at Tysons Corner Center during the holiday season. Associates learn the company’s products and use that knowledge to provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience; pop-up, promotional, or boutique experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable in-store holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
