ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to help create exceptional customer experiences during our busiest holiday season. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you. Located at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, our store serves a vibrant mix of local residents, commuters, and visitors from throughout the Jersey Shore region. Candidates should have access to reliable transportation and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service are what matter most.
Requirements
- Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Help achieve and exceed sales goals
- Share product knowledge and demonstrate key product features
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and store presentation standards
- Support in-store events and promotions
- Assist with inventory, shipments, and stock replenishment
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
- Accurately utilize customer relationship management tools
