About The Position

ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to help create exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The role serves local residents, commuters, and visitors from throughout the Jersey Shore region. Candidates need reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Customer service, retail sales, or hospitality experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and passion for exceptional service are emphasized. The seasonal assignment is expected to run from November 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027. Employment is temporary and seasonal, with no guarantee of continued employment beyond the assignment; it may end earlier or later depending on business needs. The hourly rate is $16.00–$20.00, depending on location and the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Reliable transportation.
