About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent Best Buy to customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services suited to each customer’s needs. The role is suited to people interested in sales or helping others.

The position includes engaging with customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, processing purchases and returns, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and helping fulfill in-store and curbside pickup orders. The role requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment, along with availability to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
