About The Position
A Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. The role focuses on providing a great customer experience, handling sales transactions, encouraging customers to participate in company programs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store. The position is part-time, with schedules during operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The anticipated rate is $XX.XX per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide a great experience for customers.
- Handle various sales transactions.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
