About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the store for customers. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to people who enjoy sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and assist customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle purchases, returns, and exchanges at the register; keep your product knowledge current through ongoing learning; help maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor; and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
