About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Curaleaf, you are the face of the brand and a resource for customers exploring cannabis products. You create a welcoming, informative, inclusive, and engaging experience by providing personalized product advice, assisting with purchases, and building trust with customers. The role supports store operations and sales goals in a fast-paced, compliance-driven retail environment. The position is part-time, with 15–20 hours of shift availability; weekend availability is strongly preferred. The hourly pay rate is $15.00. The location is 100 Madrid Blvd, Punta Gorda, FL 33950.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role focused on service and satisfaction.
At least 6 months of experience using point-of-sale systems and accurately handling cash transactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to shift priorities as needed.
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
Solid time-management and organizational skills.
Effective de-escalation techniques and a calm, solution-oriented approach to customer concerns.
Basic proficiency in math and computer applications.
Positive, proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
Strong conflict-resolution skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.

Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner and provide an exceptional customer experience.
