About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent Best Buy to customers in its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role is suited to someone interested in sales or helping people.

The position involves welcoming and engaging customers, demonstrating products and answering questions, recommending products and services across departments, completing cashier duties, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and helping with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
