About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You engage customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, use product knowledge and thoughtful service to build trust and loyalty, and work toward sales goals. The role also includes keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers and build relationships through friendly conversations; merchandise new receipts; process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors; update signs and pricing; and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another, work collaboratively, and continually learn to improve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
