About The Position

Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand and create a customer experience centered on sharing enthusiasm for its products and building lasting customer relationships. Seasonal associates learn Squishable products and use that knowledge to provide a high level of customer service and a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience. The role is based at Westfarms Mall and runs from November 2026 through early January 2027. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience; pop-up, promotional, or boutique experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable in-store holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
