About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role may suit someone passionate about sales or helping people.

You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, handle purchases and returns at the register, keep your product knowledge current, maintain the sales floor, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment, along with schedule flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
