Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
As a Crossroads team member, you will represent the brand by helping create a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience. You will welcome customers, explain how the resale business works, and encourage customers to sell their clothing. The role also involves cleaning, organizing, and merchandising the store, while supporting a positive and inclusive environment for customers and teammates. Team members learn about second-hand retail operations, including buying, merchandising, and inventory practices. Crossroads describes clear opportunities for promotion and ongoing professional development. The minimum availability requirement is 12 hours per week. The advertised wage range is $16.90–$17.90 per hour.
Requirements
- Be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities
