About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You identify customers’ needs, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through customer engagement, product knowledge, and effective selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage loyalty. You also help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage them in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors.
• Learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
• Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Recover merchandise, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
• Share the benefits of the Loyalty program and provide a courteous, appreciative checkout and visit-ending experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support teammates.
• Use electronic devices, handheld equipment, and cash registers to perform job functions and process transactions.
