About The Position

Movado Group is seeking an inspiring, confident, and ambitious part-time Sales Associate to join the Movado Company Store team at Wrentham Outlets. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, maintaining merchandise presentation and store standards, and supporting store operations. Associates may also service watches by sizing them and changing batteries as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and retail experience, especially in watches, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, or luxury retail. A flexible schedule is needed to accommodate business needs and help achieve store objectives. The position offers an hourly rate starting at $15.00 plus commission on all sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals established by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive expertise and knowledge of the merchandise.
• Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
• Monitor merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display.
• Follow corporate security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with additional tasks as needed.
