Retail Sales Associates
About The Position
BeMobile is seeking Retail Sales Associates, referred to in the posting as Sales Partners, to help customers discover wireless and wired technology solutions. The role is suited to people who enjoy technology, connecting with customers, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. Sales Partners represent the BeMobile brand, learn customers’ needs, and recommend relevant technology solutions. They stay informed about promotions, product launches, and service updates so they can provide current information and available deals. The position includes all-inclusive sales training, team support, networking, mentorship, and career development opportunities. The Sales Partner Scholarship Compensation Plan guarantees at least $20.00 per hour for the first 12 months, in addition to unlimited commission opportunities. The posting says Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000 or more last year, with top performers earning more than $100,000 annually. The schedule is provided at least four weeks in advance and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to confidently recommend solutions to customers.
