About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll welcome customers and help them find technology products and services that meet their individual needs. Best Buy provides training to build the skills and knowledge needed to make recommendations and demonstrate products. The role also includes cashier duties, maintaining the sales floor, supporting pickup orders, and continuing to develop product knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
