Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (King of Prussia)
About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Store Associate at the King of Prussia store helps create an immersive in-person shopping experience that brings Princess Polly's online presence into a physical store. The role provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining visual merchandising and store standards. Associates replenish the sales floor and unpack and prepare arriving merchandise for merchandising. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, motivated, stylish, and passionate about the brand. This is a seasonal position expected to last up to 90 days. Candidates starting November 10, 2026, will have a predetermined end date of January 10, 2027. Conversion to regular employment is not guaranteed and depends on business needs, individual performance, and availability. Employment is at-will. Scheduled hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Upbeat, high-energy demeanor and enthusiasm for interacting with customers.
- Great sense of style.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

- Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
