About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing and signage, maintain displays, and organize the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

The role may require standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Employees must comply with company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
