About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products and answering questions while maintaining a welcoming environment across store areas. The role includes stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, maintaining displays, and organizing the backroom. You work across departments and handle inventory-related tasks in an active, fast-paced environment.

This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity. Work responsibilities and duties may vary by store. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 16, or 18 depending on role requirements. Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and merchandise across departments.
• Attention to pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removal of outdated items.
• Organization, time-management, inventory-awareness, and adaptability skills.
