You collaborate with colleagues, take pride in your work, work toward sales goals, and learn from others to contribute to individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, reaching, and use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers.
