Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Rockaway Town Square
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You foster a warm environment that encourages customers to return and support the team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. The role includes preparing the sales floor for customers, staying informed about goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and engaging customers with a friendly, personal approach. Throughout the day, you recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong customer and store results. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. It involves frequent technology use and physical activity, including standing, moving, lifting, reaching, and using ladders. Requirements
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, eager to start a new venture, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

- Be able to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.

- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers.
