As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Working on the sales floor or in fitting rooms, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. You prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During customer interactions, you offer a warm welcome and build relationships through friendly, personal conversation. You help maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, returning selected merchandise to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. You share Loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. You collaborate with colleagues, work toward individual and store results, and continue learning and improving. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
