Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Easton
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You contribute to a warm environment that encourages customers to return and support team sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. The role includes preparing the sales floor, staying informed about goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and engaging customers with a friendly welcome and personal conversations. Throughout the day, you recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and communities. Colleagues are encouraged to take pride in their work, achieve sales goals, and continually learn and improve. Availability is flexible and includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently, and effective in team settings.
- Be comfortable using electronic devices.
- Meet physical requirements including talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, reaching, standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
