As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. Your friendly, approachable attitude helps create an environment that encourages customers to return, while you support the team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. You prepare for each day by reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. On the sales floor, you welcome customers, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations. Throughout the day, you recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. You share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with what they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you. You work collaboratively with colleagues, take pride in your work, and look for ways to improve and contribute to individual and store results. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week. Actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
