Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Springfield - PA
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You contribute to a warm environment that encourages customers to return and support your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. You begin the day prepared by reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. During the day, you welcome and assist customers, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and communities. You are expected to take pride in your work, pursue improvement, and contribute to individual and store results.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently, and effective in a team.
- Be comfortable using electronic devices.
- Be able to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
