About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Recovery Associate at Macy’s, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. You provide friendly, high-quality service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

You begin each day prepared by reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. Throughout the day, you welcome customers, create personal conversations, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close each interaction with a sincere thank-you. You collaborate with colleagues, take pride in your work, and seek opportunities to learn and improve.

This is a seasonal position at Westfarms. The role requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Requirements

• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
