Retail Receiving Processor
About The Position
The Retail Receiving Processor supports store operations and delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining an organized store, and following operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards. The role processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor and may be cross-trained to work in other store areas to meet business needs. The position also supports a positive store culture, store recovery, cleanliness, safety awareness, and shrink-reduction programs. The associate follows company policies and procedures, including applicable labor laws, and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in maintaining and cleaning the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
