About The Position

Florida Home Air Conditioning is hiring Retail Promotions Associates, also described as Sales Lead Generators and In-Store Sales Representatives, to work inside national home improvement retail stores. Associates introduce shoppers to heating and air conditioning services, including HVAC service, system tune-ups and replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. The role supports lead generation, brand awareness, and customer education by explaining service options and scheduling in-home consultations or HVAC services. It is not a door-to-door or canvassing position.

The position is based in Middleburg, Florida. Hours are available Monday through Sunday, with part-time and full-time opportunities. Pay is $16–$19 per hour plus uncapped commission; the posting describes average potential earnings of $20–$30 per hour with commission. A sign-on bonus of up to $500 is advertised. Requirements

• Positive, energetic personality and strong people skills.

• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Represent ARS as a professional and enthusiastic retail brand ambassador.
