As a Retail Production Associate, you’ll play a critical role in processing and preparing clothing donations for the sales floor - helping turn everyday items into valuable resources that fund our programs.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to assess item quality and make sound decisions
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every day
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently

Responsibilities

• Sort clothing ('softlines') donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories following Goodwill standards
• Assess quality and identify items of value for pricing
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations
• Prepare donations for the sales floor
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and production areas
• Dispose of unsellable items using proper procedures (compactor/dumpster)
• Support donation door operations and assist with donation movement as needed
