About The Position

The Retail Picture Framer builds customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for customers’ art and helping customers shop. The role supports a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store environment. It completes framing orders to a high standard of quality and on time, maintains the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, and supports sales, production, customer service, store operations, and company programs.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
• Use the Elevated ABC Deliver approach to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers find products, and offer solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store environment.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, following truck standards and completing them within budget.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
