About The Position

Magic Memories is hiring a Retail Photo Operations Assistant Manager at Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The role supports a high-volume souvenir photography retail operation and helps lead a retail team in a fun, guest-focused attraction environment. The assistant manager greets guests, provides excellent service, captures photos, and helps guests take home memorable souvenirs. The role also supports sales and operational goals, provides floor supervision and administrative support, and acts as lead manager when the Retail Photography Manager is absent. The position pays $18.00 per hour plus performance-based commissions and includes paid training and opportunities for growth and advancement. The schedule is flexible, with shifts available any day of the week, including weekends, during operating hours.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of people-management experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to support teams, develop culture, coach, and manage ongoing performance.
Ability and drive to perform hands-on work and meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy retail environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management, and cross-functional team members.
Professional communication skills and appearance.
Ability to support operations seven days a week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Two years of previous guest-service experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail; preferred but not required.
Experience in digital photography.
