About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory to count and record inventory at retail and healthcare events. Associates work one-on-one with pharmacy professionals to capture medical-device or medication details, including part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates. The role uses handheld scanners and requires accuracy, attention to detail, and achievement of established hourly counting goals. No inventory experience or degree is required; training is provided.

This is an active position involving extended periods of standing and walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, occasional ladder climbing, and lifting or carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds. Associates travel to retail locations and may have paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments. Pharmacy training and customer requirements, such as screening, PPE, and confidentiality standards, must be followed. Starting pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with potential performance-based increases and additional earning opportunities.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor.

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with healthcare and pharmacy professionals at inventory events.
• Capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates for medical devices and/or medication.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Meet established average-per-hour counting goals while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
• Meet productivity goals to qualify for performance-based pay increases.
• Travel to retail locations and assist with events in healthcare and retail settings as needed.
• Complete pharmacy training modules and required pharmacy or hospital training certification.
• Comply with healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, and confidentiality requirements.
• Communicate clearly and accurately, verbally and in writing, in a positive manner.
• Work independently and as part of a team, building trust with pharmacy professionals.
• Take initiative to suggest approaches that may improve quality, quantity, or organizational effectiveness.
