About The Position

WIS International is seeking active and hard-working individuals to join their team as Retail Pharmacy Associates focused on inventory. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers, with no prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with opportunities to earn significantly more per hour within the first six months. The job requires travel to retail locations and close collaboration with pharmacy professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance in handling pharmaceutical products.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
  • Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using handheld technology.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act.

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
  • Travel to retail locations.
  • Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected.
  • Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
  • Complete pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required.
  • Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence based upon demonstrated expertise.
  • Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.
