Retail Pharmacy Associate - Inventory
About The Position
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication. You will count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program, and travel to retail locations. You will also lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
Responsibilities
- Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals, at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
- Travel to retail locations

- Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked
- Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation
- Works one-on-one with Pharmacy professionals at the event
- Completes pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required
- Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise
- Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness
- Assists with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed

- Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour
