About The Position

WIS International is hiring for a Part-Time Retail Pharmacy Associate - Inventory role. This position involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers, with no prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. The role is active and rewards hard work with performance-based pay increases. Associates partner with healthcare professionals to capture detailed inventory information using handheld scanners.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
• Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Certification for paid driver opportunities (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Lead by example and demonstrate core values.
• Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
• Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner.
• Complete pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center.
• Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence.
• Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance.
• Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed.
