About The Position
WIS International is seeking active individuals to join their team as Retail Pharmacy Associates focusing on inventory. This part-time role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers, with no prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with the potential to earn significantly more per hour within the first six months.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
Responsibilities
- Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
- Travel to retail locations.
- Demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected.
- Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
- Complete pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required.
- Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence based upon demonstrated expertise.
- Explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed.
