About The Position

This role focuses on supporting retail operations and merchandising within a luxury health and wellness environment. The position involves managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, optimizing stockroom organization, and processing returns. Additionally, it requires executing visual merchandising directives, maintaining sales floor presentation, and styling displays to align with brand standards and seasonal stories. The role demands collaboration with club operations and management teams to support retail initiatives and enhance the member experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail stock operations, visual merchandising, or an equivalent luxury retail role.
• Exceptional organizational habits.
• Experience utilizing inventory management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• A strong grasp of color theory, spacing, and styling.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency without direct supervision.
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift/move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work a varied schedule dictated by shipment days, floor sets, and club traffic—including early mornings, weekends, and select holidays.
• A passion for luxury fitness, wellness, and contemporary fashion trends.
• Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unbox, and verify incoming product shipments against packing slips.
• Lead inventory tracking, cycle counts, and seasonal stock audits.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient stockroom layout.
• Manage the Return-to-Vendor (RTV) process and log damaged or defective items.
• Partner with Club Operations and general management teams to align retail initiatives with club events and member traffic.
• Translate corporate visual merchandising directives into reality, adapting floor layouts.
• Ensure the sales floor continuously meets premium standards by steaming apparel, sizing product runs, and adjusting displays.
• Partner with shop leadership to analyze sales data, rotating slow-moving items and highlighting bestsellers.
• Style mannequins and focal walls to tell compelling seasonal stories.
