The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations by handling shipments and inventory, administering daily tasks, and ensuring products are merchandised to provide customers with a good store experience.

Successful associates collaborate and build working relationships, focus on customer service, take initiative, and manage priorities with organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. They learn and follow protocols to protect people and assets and use retail technology, equipment, and computer programs to meet communication, customer service, and business needs. The role requires working in a loud environment for 5–8 hours, working weekends, holidays, and evenings, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to inventory control.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Prepare and execute inventory cycle counts.
• Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
• Print and place point-of-purchase signage and price signs.
• Handle cash.
• Maintain awareness of shrink and help control it.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
