About The Position

The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations by handling inventory and shipments, completing daily tasks, and ensuring products are merchandised to create a positive customer experience. Successful associates collaborate with teammates, focus on customer service, take initiative, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, protect people and assets by following protocols, and learn the technology and retail systems needed for the role.

Requirements

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks related to inventory control.
Ship and receive gear and other items.
Prepare for and execute inventory cycle counts.
Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
Print and place point-of-purchase signage and price signs.
Handle cash.
Maintain awareness of shrink and support shrink control.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
