About The Position

The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations by handling shipments and stock, administering daily tasks, and ensuring products are merchandised to create a positive customer experience.

They follow protocols to protect people and assets and learn the technology and retail systems needed for store operations.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to collaborate, work as part of a team, and build good working relationships.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and connect with customers.
• Ability to identify opportunities and issues, follow through, and take initiative.
• Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
• Ability to learn and use retail technology, systems, equipment, and computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to inventory control.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Prepare for and execute inventory cycle counts.
• Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Handle cash.
• Maintain awareness of shrink and help control it.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
