About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date. You are a visible, welcoming presence who greets customers and offers assistance, and you collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales and create a positive, hospitable environment. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, updating mannequins and layouts to align with company directives, greeting and assisting customers, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, thank customers, help prepare the department for the next day, and work with the team to improve service and achieve individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
